great stay but minor room issues

The separate lounge with kitchen area was very convenient for our family. Each of us loved the beds. the comfort was truly exceptional! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.

The initial placement of toiletries was lacking, which could easily be improved.

the sheraton was perfect for families! we loved the bigger pool and the hot tub. the restaurant offered a delicious a la carte menu, which was a great choice for us. the location was also close to the folkfest, making it easy to explore and have a blast!

Just a suitable option for a brief stop-in in Calgary with good price-quality ratio. We enjoyed the Irish pub and the convenient access to the indoor pathways. You might want to use valet parking for easier access.

The air-conditioning needed improvement, making it uncomfortable at night, and I encountered issues with a non-functional safe that took a bit of time to resolve. Unfortunately, I faced unexpected billing complications, having checked my credit card to find multiple charges for my stay that left me with little clarity.
